There are lots of activities in South Africa from wine tours in the Cape region to wildlife experiences in places like Kruger National Park.
On TripAdvisor I found the hop-on, hop-off Franschhoek vineyard tram that looks interesting. On TripAdvisor there are many vineyard tours and wildlife tours, mostly one day tours.
Cape Town
The Table Mountain cable car would be interesting.
Cape of Good Hope would be interesting to visit (located in Cape of Good Hope Nature Preserve).
A lot of the vineyard tours start out of Cape Town.
Zambia looks like a great place to tour. Lots of lodges and adventure activities are available.
